At Least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and published through IEEEXplore. Only registered authors are allowed to present their papers. Registration fee covers conference kit, conference proceedings, coffee break, working lunch and banquet dinner.
